Looking for a night out of high-quality, entertaining folk music with friends and family in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, look no further. Blair Dunlop is the son of Ashley Hutchings and Judy Dunlop, both well known on the folk music scene.
BBC Folk Award winner returns with a new and exciting songbook this season. Packed with songs that have inspired and motivated him in his career to date, intertwined with stories and anecdotes of personal stories and inspirations.
Featuring songs from the widest folk and acoustic traditions from North America and the UK; this one-man show will pay homage to the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan (North America) and Nick Drake, Fairport Convention, Sandy Denny (UK), as well as some of Blair’s own material inspired by such artists.
In this inimitable, stripped back show Blair will take you on a journey of songs and inspiration across the transatlantic traditions.
