Concert in aid of Penny Acres Primary School, Holmesfield, organised by the PTFA committee.

Friday 25th April 2025 at St Swithin’s chuch hall Homesfield 7.30 – 10.15

Bring your own drinks, supper provided

Artists featured include:

Rare Occasion:

Magical singing of Judy Dunlop, outstanding playing of Nigel Corbett on fiddle & Jon Scaife on guitar and cittern. Recent appearances: Nottingham Riverside and Buxton Festivals to great acclaim.

New Horizons:

South Yorkshire folk music legends Pete Garratt, Ken Atkinson & Geoff Heppell: out-standing solo and three-part harmony singing with stunning, accomplished accompaniments.

Ian Price:

Sheffield-born singer/songwriter Ian’s songs reflect love for his city and its surrounds, family, faith & humour. A wide range of covers and some good yarns too

Offshoots:

Geof Trend (guitar and mandolin), Charlie Smallwood (whistle and mandolin) and Jon Scaife

 (fiddle, cittern and guitar). Celtic, European, American & home-made tunes.
