Job Title:      Creative Producer

Hours:                 15 x hours per week

Grade:                 NJC (local government pay scale) Grade 8 Pay Point 13 (£29,434 pro rata)

Days/times:        1 x regular day per week in our office base
1 x day worked from home, office or workshop/event/meetings, as required

Contract:   One year freelance contract
(with an option to extend subject to successful probation/funding)

Location base: Fleet Arts office, 59A King Street, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 1QA / Home-working

Line Manager:    Creative Director
Start date: Immediate start available

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Creative Producer will bring a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and experience in programming and coordinating a wide range of participatory arts projects.  With a love of arts, working with people and being highly organised and proficient in ongoing, project administration tasks, you will demonstrate a commitment to making a positive difference to local communities and Fleet Arts charity, through:-

Coordination:  – Program and coordinate a wide range and number of quality workshops, projects and
events, with various groups and organisations in and around our locality, at any one time
– Conducting the necessary administration tasks to ensure effective delivery

– Managing freelance artists in line with project requirements
– Monitoring and evaluation against specific outcomes

Support:    – Working with the Creative Director in delivering the creative strategy, as required

– Attending and/or assisting and advocating for Fleet Arts at various workshops,
events and meetings

 

N.B: The successful candidate will need to apply for a Basic DBS Check.
