My first fair of the year is this coming Sat and Sun, 1-2 April, at Peak Village, Rowsley, near Bakewell.  It’s indoors, so it’ll be warm, and there are two good cafes only metres away and a great pub, the Grouse and Claret, on the doorstep.  I’m proud to have been invited by The Derbyshire Makers to join them on this occasion.  Lots of really lovely artisan crafts on sale. Come along if you can – we’re open from 10 till 4 both days.

I was thrilled to attend the first-ever meeting of Authors Assemble! in Buxton on 17 March.  20 other Derbyshire authors were there and I met several former customers – and, of course, a few new ones!
